Once you open Mobile Self Service Application, you will enter your "(1) UserID" , and your"(2) Password" , then click on (3) Sign In to login into Mobile Self Service as shown below.

You will be redirected to Add a new device page where you will click on (1) Add a new device

Once you click on "Add a new device" then you will be redirected to Add a new device page where you will select any one authentication method as shown in "(1)" .

Once you click on "Send Me a Push" , you will be shown a message (1) Pushed a login request to your device .

On your mobile, you will get the notification message on Duo App ,click on "Approve"

You will be redirected to a page where you will select any one type of device as shown in "(1)" then click on "(2) Continue" as shown below.

You will be redirected to a page where you will select the Country as shown in "(1)" then enter your mobile number as shown in (2) and select your mobile number as shown in "(3)" then click on "(4) Continue" as shown below.

You will be redirected to select the type of phone as shown in (1) then click on "(2) Continue" as shown below.

You will be redirected to a Duo installation page where you will select "(1) I have Duo Mobile installed" as shown below.

You will be redirected to Activate Duo Mobile page where you will have to scan QR code as shown in "(1)" then click on (2) Continue as shown below.

You will be redirected to My Settings & Devices page where you will select the default settings as shown in "(1)" and click on"(2) Back to Login" as shown below.

Once your mobile number is registered successfully on Duo, you will be redirected to success page , where you will see the message as shown in (1) Successfully Registered on Duo , then click on the close button of the browser as indicated in "(2) ".
